On behalf of the Spanish Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, it is an honour to welcome you to Madrid to the 1st Congress of the European Association of Societies of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (EASAPS) and 3rd Congress of the Spanish Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (AECEP).

This will be the first, ever, Congress of the European Association after its recent foundation.

EASAPS is integrated at the moment, for the Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Societies of France (SOFCEP), Great Britain (BAAPS), Germany (DGÄPC and VDÄPC), Italy (SICPRE), Switzerland (SGPRAC) and Spain (AECEP), whose function will be to gradually unite the equivalent Societies in Europe to promote and disseminate the interchange of knowledge and ideas for the benefit of Plastic Surgeons and specially of those engaged in the practice of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.

The program has been organized under the theme of “Emerging trends, New Technologies and Techniques in Aesthetic Plastic Surgery” and all the meeting will be dedicated exclusively to topics related to Aesthetic Plastic Surgery with free papers, panels, lectures and the section denominated “Best of Europe in Aesthetic Surgery”, where each of the countries which constitute the EASAPS selects the four best papers to represent their society. Besides that, there will be seminars or instructional courses dedicated to new devices, technologies, fillers, lasers or new applications of existing products.

During the meeting you will have the opportunity to meet and share opinions with specialists from different countries, about topics of your interest. Besides the Scientific Sessions we shall try with the Social events to make your stay in Madrid most pleasant.

Madrid is a very friendly city with lots of social and cultural events going on, good shopping and excellent food and wine.

All of these ingredients should contribute to make up your decision in order to come and participate in this meeting.
